STEP 01
A 30-minute call or a written brief. We ask what breaks today, who uses it and what "done" looks like. If a cheaper package solves it, we say so.
STEP 02
A one-page document: deliverables, exclusions, price, delivery date, payment split. You sign it, we invoice a 50% deposit and the clock starts.
STEP 03
You get a live staging link from day one and a short update at the end of every week. Feedback is collected in one place, not scattered across chats.
STEP 04
Deployment to your infrastructure, source code, documentation and credentials. Then the warranty period — and a care plan if you want us to stay.

Third-party costs are always yours and always transparent: domain registration, hosting or cloud bills, paid licences, stock photography, payment-provider fees. In the Start package, original design work, copywriting and payment integrations are also excluded — those live in Business and Pro.
50% on signature, 50% on handover, by bank transfer against an invoice from rixxityfi OÜ. Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown excluding VAT where VAT applies.
Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are normal and free. Anything genuinely new is quoted as a separate line item before it is built — you decide whether it goes in now or in a second phase. Nothing is ever added to your invoice silently.
Yes. On final payment you receive the full repository, database schema, deployment scripts and credentials. In the Business and Pro packages you also get technical documentation. You can hire anyone to continue the work.
Communication in English, Estonian or Russian. Multilingual sites are a standard part of the Business package — typically ET / EN / RU, but any combination is possible.
Yes, and the honest first step is usually the Start package as a technical audit. You get a prioritised report on performance, security and code quality — then you decide whether to fix, rebuild or migrate.
